I've been battling some personal demons over the last few weeks, I felt I needed to find my way 'home', so to speak. Then I opened my email up to a lovely little hate mail;

Your body repulses me, in-fact I am confident in saying that I expect it repulses many others too.
I see that you are single, well have a look in the mirror and you will see why. Women like you should be kept away from the public eye.

I should be use to arrogant emails, such as the above but as I've been a tad poorly this week, it hit me a little bit. Then I thought about a better way of saying 'fuck you' and here it is;

Delete*sigh.... sometimes the delete button is the only way to deal with ignorant narrow minded people. Words like this are sent for someone who lives in a space of pure negativity...imagine how unhappy they must be to feel the need to send something like this?
